    theyve been trying to enforce similar things in canada for djs and clubs for years.
    when we opened machine nightclub, the canadian version of that Ciaa? or whatever the fuck its called came to the club demanding 10000$ because we were a live venue and bands wed have would be covering canadian artists. were like WTF ? no they wont. give us a list of bands you cover and well tell you if well ever have them, they wouldnt provide the list as its to “extensive” and later lowered our fee to 5000$.

    bunch of scamming bullshit imo.
