Phantasm (all of ’em, those movies are weird)
Pet Cemetery 1 & 2 (both mad creepy)
Night of the Creeps (truly a classic, Slither came close to emulating it)
Halloween (jeez, i can’t pick one, any of them but season of the witch or anything after H20)
Candyman 2: Farewell to the Flesh (first one was scary too)
Creepshow 2 (the one with the hot girl whose face gets stuck to one of those wooden decks in the middle of a lake/swamp)
Needful ThingsI guess I went over, but from age 7 to 12 I was allowed to hop a fence and cross through the yard of this GIGANTIC 1930s era nursing home and go to a video rental place. I went DAILY. They only carried nintendo games and horror movies, after a while the guy let me rent them for free. I love ’em. My favourite of the late 90s crop was definitely I Know What You Did Last Summer, and props to Waxworks, that shit scared the fuck out of me at age 8.
